What is Belly Casting?
A Belly Cast is a three dimensional plaster sculpture of a pregnant mama's belly. Belly Casts are a great way to decoratively preserve your pregnancy and they look darling displayed on your nursery wall! All belly casts are done in our offices and may be taken home with you if you choose to leave it raw. If you opt to have it sanded prepped and sealed as well as decorated that typically may take few weeks or more depending on the finish you desire.
How much does a Belly Cast cost?
Belly Cast starts $125 and up.
Frames for regular cast start at $275.00 and up.
Marble Belly Cast starts $400.00 and up.
Frames for marble cast start at $ 275.00 and up.
Mosaic Belly Cast start at $450.00 and up.
Frames for mosaic cast start at $275.00 and up.
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to make a belly cast appointment.
Your deposit will be applied towards the cost of your cast. Provided you keep your appointment. NO call NO show will lose deposit.
We also offer home or hospital service for Belly Casting.
YES we will go to you! This services was started because we had a client bed bound in the hospital. Since she could not come to use we went to her! For more information please call the office.

Belly Casting Preparation & Pickup Policy
Preparing for a belly cast:
Since belly casting is done with water, we recommend you bring an extra set of under garments with you so you don't go home wet. We will provide clean water and towels for you after your casting session.
When can I pick up my cast?
Depending on the finish your choose will determine how long it will take to finish your cast. Please contact the office for an approximate time frame. You will be given a pick-date with your recite. We will also notify you by phone when your cast as arrive to our office. You must pick up your cast with-in the next 3 days of being notified to avoid a $3.00 daily storage fee.
Cast left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and become property of Beli's, Inc.

We believe every mom should have the chance to remember this milestone, no matter her circumstances. While most people visit our New York studio, we also travel to homes and hospitals for specialized sessions. This is especially helpful for clients on bed rest or dealing with high-risk pregnancies. Just a quick tip: since the process involves water and plaster, please bring a change of undergarments. We provide all the towels and handle the cleanup ourselves.
What to Expect
Booking and Pickup
We want your experience to be as smooth as possible. To hold your spot, we require a $50.00 deposit, which goes directly toward the cost of your final service. If you choose a raw cast, it will be ready quickly, but custom work like sanding or marbleizing takes a few weeks to get just right. Once your piece is finished, we will let you know so you can pick it up within three days. This helps us keep our studio organized and ensures your art stays safe and sound.
